Can I change my billing date?

Yes, you can. All you need to do is call us and we can set the billing date to your preferred time of the month.

What do I need to consider before I cancel?

You need to remember that we use different licensed programs like F-Secure Antivirus for the protection of your computer and also MozyPro online backup. When you cancel your membership, the licenses of these software will expire as well. Therefore, you need to ensure that you have an alternative for the antivirus as well as the online backup

Can my son/grandson/relative/friend cancel on behalf of me?

If you require us to cancel based on a call from one of your family member or friends, we would require a consent from the actual Easytech24/7 member to proceed. For example: a power of attorney by email or by a verbal consent by phone. This is necessary to protect the legal rights of the member.

I was forced or scammed into buying the service. I want to cancel

Easytech24/7 is a legitimate remote tech support company and we follow the best practices as a business. We never make cold calls to our members and never force or coax them into buying our services. We respond to general enquiries sent through our online network such as our website, social media and affiliate sites.

I still see Easytech24/7 software on my computer after I cancelled. Why?

When you call and cancel your subscription, one of our member services representative will de-activate the licenses to the software installed in your computer. However, the software itself needs to be uninstalled manually and since we would not have access to your system, we would not be able to do that for you.

I cancelled my membership last month and I got charged again this month.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused. We would be able to refund the amount that was wrongly charged to your account. All you need to do is call us and one of our representative will be able to process the refund for you.

I deleted/uninstalled all the software and the Easytech24/7 console from my computer and still got billed.

Deleting or uninstalling our software and console will not be treated as a request to cancel your membership. You will need to call us on our member service number and speak to our representative in order to cancel the membership.

How do I get a refund?

How long does it take for me to get my money back after a refund?

Usually, it takes us 7 to 10 business days to process your refund.

I want a refund because I still have viruses in my computer.

This usually happens depending on the type of email address used by our members, or in some cases the email addresses being spelt wrong, or in some cases the email going directly into the spam or junk folder of your email. However, all you need to do is call us and we will be able to organize an invoice for you immediately.

How will I receive my refund amount?

We will be able to process the refund amount to the same credit card that was used to make the purchase. The amount will reflect in your statement in 7 to 10 business days.
